Is it safe to buy online from Destina Home?
Yes, it is safe to buy online from Destina Home. It is legally registered in the UK and its website is powered by Shopify. Customer privacy is secured and protected by Privacy Policy and payments are encrypted with 128-bit SSL.
Should I become a registered customer to place my order?
No, you may place your order as a guest customer. You can also become a registered customer by creating your account on our website.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an SMS or e-mail including courier and tracking info when your order is shipped. Tracking is available on the courier's official website. You can also request tracking number from our customer service at kontakt@destinahome.de
What is the shipping fee?
Destina Home offers free shipping for all products that it sells through its website and other online sales channels in the UK mainland. For more details, visit our Shipping Policy page.
What is estimated shipping time?
In-stock (add to cart) orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered in 1-3 business days depending on the distance within Germany. Large and heavy items (over 100 pounds) are delivered via Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping within Germany in 3-6 business days depending on the distance.
Pre orders are shipped within 5-6 weeks.
How can I request replacement part?
If the item is delivered damaged, please send replacement request at kontakt@destinahome.de
Do not forget to mention your name, order number, and website or marketplace
name. Correctly state each damaged piece's part number. Part number(s) can be
found on the edge of the wood piece(s). You may also refer to the assembly manual to identify the damaged part number(s).
Finally, attach at least 3 photos of the damaged item(s) with a clearly appearing shipping label to your e-mail. We will respond to your request within 24 business hours with a proper
solution.
How can I return my order?
Send a return request at kontakt@destinahome.de mentioning your name, order number and website/marketplace name where you placed your online order. State the return reason(s).
If the product is delivered damaged/defective, attach at least 3 photos with a clearly appearing shipping label.

What is your return and refund policy?
Items can be returned in new condition for a refund or replacement within 30 business
